At Turning Tides, we provide services to include psychotherapy, psychiatric medication management, ADHD screening, and Autism screening and diagnosis. We offer both in-person and virtual appointments for some services. 

We offer various types of psychotherapy services to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Grief Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). 

At Turning Tides, we see both adults and pediatrics. We see from ages 8 through adulthood for psychotherapy services and medication management. 

For the ADOS-2 and ADI-R evaluations, we see patients from the age of 24-months to adulthood. 

We operate as an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance companies. Payment is due at time of service. This allows more flexibility in scheduling and direct access to your provider.
