At Turning Tides, we provide services to include psychotherapy and psychiatric medication management. We offer both in-person and virtual appointments for Virginia residents.
At Turning Tides, we see both adults and pediatrics. We see from ages 8 through adulthood for psychotherapy services and medication management.
We participate with most major insurance companies, to include Anthem BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon Behavioral Health, Quest Behavioral Health, Blue Cross Blue Shield; Oxford, Optum, and United Healthcare. Affordable self pay options are still available.
